Step-by-Step to your goal

1. Intro call and questionnaire


We start with a video call or a questionnaire to clarify your goals, wishes, and any limitations. Regular check-ins ensure your plan keeps evolving with you.

2. Check-In: daily form and emotional state

Before each session, we align on how you feel physically and mentally. Your training stays truly individual—every time.

3. Individual training segment

- Warm-up: Mobility exercises and short Yoga elements


- Main set: Strength and strength endurance training, tailored to your level.

4. Cool-Down & Relaxation

Gently unwind wth soft stretching.
